Él'Derma Cosmetics - Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Times
- South Africa: R80 flat rate. 2-4 business days via courier to major cities, 3-6 days to rural areas.
- Free shipping on orders over R800 within South Africa.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm SAST. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You’ll get a tracking number by email/SMS once it ships.

3. Tracking
Track your parcel with the link we send you. Él'Derma isn’t liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address, or customs clearance.

4. Damaged/Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 10 business days SA / 21 days international, contact us at support@eldermacosmetics.co.za with photos + order number. We’ll replace it or refund you.

5. Address Issues
Double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can’t change addresses once an order ships. If a parcel is returned due to wrong info, reshipping fees apply.
